Return & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

  • Once we start processing the order, if you cancel the order before we've booked dispatch, you will be charged a 10% fee as Processing cancellation & Refund Fees.
  • Once the item has been picked up by the carrier, no cancelation requests can be processed, until the process reaches destination. In some cases, cancellation might be possible, but will require additional fee for the same, along with processing fees, return shipping fee, restocking fees (if applicable), and other fees. HOMEROOTS

We do have a 30-day guarantee against Manufacturer Defects. Returns are only accepted (regardless of reason) with a return authorization number. For a Return Authorization Number, please email us at contact@viadining.com.

 Any returns due to buyer's remorse must be in the original package in re-sellable condition, returned within 30 days of receipt and returned at your expense. Credits will be given once received back at the warehouse and determined in good condition. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. To initiate a return, kindly contact us.

 Our inventory on the site is updated every couple of hours. If an item is currently out of stock it will be replenished. If we know the date of replenishment, we will indicate it on the item's page in the ETA field. Otherwise, please contact contact@viadining.com and we will inform you as to when the item is available for purchase.

Cancellations of Orders: All cancellation requests will be reviewed to see where the order is in the process and if it is still in the window to be cancelled. Orders already on the dock, on a truck, or in route may not be able to be cancelled. If you request an order on the dock, on a truck, or in route to be re-routed this order will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee and you will need to pay the return freight.

Refused Orders: If an order is refused, it will be subjected to a 10% re-stocking fee and return freight.

 

MANHATTAN COMFORT

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unopened and in their original packaging. Additionally, we offer a 30-day parts replacement on all items. Improper assembly or shipping damages cannot be returned. Shipping claims should be placed immediately to the transportation company.

Our warranty is limited to new products purchased in factory sealed cartons. This warranty is valid in the United States of America. In order to provide you with timely assistance, please thoroughly inspect your furniture for missing or defective parts immediately after opening the carton. Our furniture products are not intended for outdoor use. The warranty does not cover: - Defects/damages by improper assembly or disassembly; - Defects/damages caused by shipping, claims for damage during transit should be placed immediately to the transportation company. - Defects/damages caused by inappropriate use of the furniture.

Missing Parts 

Sometimes the parts can be overlooked as they are packed securely to ensure that other parts are not compromised/damaged in transit. If the parts are truly missing, please email us at contact@viadining.com. Send a copy of the invoice with images that reflect the damages. Any damages due to misassembly will not be reimbursed. Reference the manual to identify which part is missing and be sure to include that information in the body of the email.

 

BUTLER SPECIALTY

Damaged/defective merchandise

Within 30 days of receipt, please contact us at contact@viadiining.com about any

damaged or defective merchandise. Butler, at its discretion, will offer to repair,

replace, send a part(s) or issue credit for the damaged or defective product.

Butler does not accept returns of damaged or defective products. To substantiate

damaged or defective product claims, Butler strongly encourages that you

send images depicting the exact issue(s) reported. Images received are utilized by

our Quality Assurance team and our suppliers to take corrective action and to

prevent similar issues in the future.

 

Remorse Returns

Remorse returns are defined as returned items shipped back to Butler that were

originally delivered free of defects or damage. With advance authorization and

within 30 days of invoice, Butler will accept remorse returns shipped back pre-paid

(at the customer’s expense) with a 15% re-stocking charge. In order to qualify for

credit, items must be returned in saleable condition in the original carton with all

parts and accompanying hardware included. In the event a product does not satisfy

these requirements, Butler will not issue any credit.

In instances where remorse returns are received in unsaleable condition, you will be notified by e-mail within 4 business days of receipt. The e-mail will reference the Butler invoice number, your purchase order and include photos of the returned item to substantiate its condition at the time of receipt.

 

MONARCH SPECIALTIES

Exchanges/Returns:

  • All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
  • All returns must be received unassembled in original packaging in re-sellable condition.
  • Monarch will not cover the freight costs for buyer’s remorse.
  • Deductions will only be processed with an approved RA # provided by the Monarch service
  • Monarch does not provide credit notes.

Replacement parts:

  • Monarch offers a 1 year limited warranty on manufacturer defects.
  • All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Our warranty does not cover:

  1. Accidental damage
  2. Abuse or incorrect use of the product
  • If a part is deemed to be defective & replaceable Monarch will replace the part free of charge.
  • If a part cannot be replaced an RA# will be issued for a full refund. Monarch does not send
  • out no-charge replacements. A new PO will need to be placed with the order department.
  • Replacement parts are shipped via UPS ground standard service. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Monarch is not liable for certain factors such as transit time delays or location that may affect the delivery time.

Please have the item/model number available, as well as the assembly sheet provided with your item.

 

MONTANA WOODWORKS

We have a 90 day no questions asked return policy. You must provide a copy of the original receipt and location of purchase. The 90 days start on your date of purchase and we must receive your request before the 90 days end. Unless being returned under warranty conditions, the shipping cost of returning the product(s) may be deducted from your refund.

WARRANTY

All Montana Woodworks® products are covered by a 20-year limited warranty. See specifics below. 

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers structural defect or aesthetic damage due to negligence by the manufacturer or the shipping agency. The terms "structural defect" and "aesthetic damage" shall be defined on a per item basis by Montana Woodworks®, Inc. 

How Long Does This Warranty Last?

This warranty lasts for a period of twenty years from the date of original purchase.

What Will Montana Woodworks® Do?

MontanaWoodworks® will, at the sole discretion of Montana Woodworks®, repair, replace or refund the original purchase price of the item(s) in question.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, neglect or acts of God (such as flood, fire or tornado). Also, this warranty does not include fading, discoloration or cracking due to exposure to sunlight or weather. The solid wood, edge-glued panels used in case goods, tables, nightstands, etc. are not intended for exterior use. Placement and/or use under such conditions will void this warranty. Failure to properly protect this product by the proper application and periodic re-application of a quality consumer grade or better finish such as lacquer, varnish or exterior grade, weather resistant stain per the finish manufacturer's directions and is applicable to the products intended use, will void this warranty.

How Do You Get Repairs?

In order to be eligible for warranted repairs, replacement or refund (the choice of which will be at the sole discretion of Montana Woodworks®) you must either return the warranty registration card within thrity (30) days of the date of original purchase or present a copy of the original receipt with the date and location of original purchase. Please be prepared to send pictures of the item in question showing the specific damage or defect resulting in the claim.

ID USA

Once a package has shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations, returns or provide any refunds for product.

We are not responsible for any shipping fees/costs related to returns or rejected shipments.

 

Claims

Our objective is to maintain a happy, long and successful partnership for both our parties. Each claim

will be treated with priority and solutions provided in a timely manner. However, we provide the below outline for your reference.

  • Claims must be made within seven business days of consumer receipt of product. Proof of receipt may be requested for verification.
  • We are not liable for damage claims due to, but not limited to, transit, damages occurred during assembly, missing panels and/or missing hardware. Customer can purchase parts and hardware and is responsible for shipping costs and providing shipping labels for parts.
  • We will accept claims of manufacture defect i.e. misdrilled holes, broken glides or hardware. Image proof is required and will be reviewed before claim can be processed. Parts/shipping method/costs and fulfillment times will be at our discretion.

 

BENZARA

We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 14 days from the date of the delivery. We must be notified of the defect within 5 days of the product delivery, otherwise return policy is voided, no exceptions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Products may be returned with prior authorization only

All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price after deducting shipping & handling charges and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) so please send us an email at contact@viadining.com for assistance. Buyers remorse/unwanted product returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refused Delivery

You will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways). All reimbursements are done in the form of company credit which can be used towards new orders.

 

ALATERRE

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items and parts replacement
for factory/manufacturer defects. We do not accept returns for damages due
to shipping and/or improper assembly.

 

WHITELINE MODERN LIVING

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original packaging and re-
sellable condition with a 25% restocking fee.

 

FURNITURE OF AMERICA

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original packaging and re-
sellable condition with a 15% restocking fee.

 

J&M FURNITURE, DIAMOND SOFA, SUNSET TRADING

We do not accept returns.
