Where does HOMEROOTS ship from?

  • HOMEROOTS operates multiple Distribution Centers across the United States.

What is the estimated delivery time for orders?

  • Some items may ship the same day or next day. From the moment your order has been shipped, it usually takes 2-7 business days for Parcel orders to arrive within the United States and Canada. ror LTL orders, it can take approximately up to 21 days for delivery. Due to Covid-19, there may be delays, and these lead times are subject to change as carriers face staffing and delivery challenges. We will do our best to ship your products as quickly as possible and provide tracking information, but please understand that once the packages leave our facilities, we rely on the carriers for timely delivery.

Do I need to sign for my package upon delivery?

  • Parcel orders shipped via FedEx, UPS, and USPS are usually delivered without requiring a signature. However, LTL/White Glove Delivery does require a designated date a and a signature for delivery.

When we ship an order, we will provide and send you shipment details & confirmation via email. You may expect a call from the freight company before the expected delivery date to schedule an appointment. Please reach out to us for further assistance by email contact@viadining.com to confirm a day and time that works for you.

We ship products via UPS, FEDEX or LTL.

 

MONTANA WOODWORKS

Our product will usually ship within 7-10 business (special orders may take longer) days via UPS or a freight trucking agency. Free shipping within the Continental US (48 states). Special shipping prices are available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Email us directly at contact@viadining.com for more information. Our carriers provide curb side delivery and do not provide white glove or in-house delivery.

 

ID USA

Within the 48 Continental United States, ID USA can drop ship via FedEx, UPS or a 3rd party freight company that we use services of.

We aim to ship packages within two business days of receiving the order, although this is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers being late, failing to show up, or lacking space.
In case of backorders, the item will be treated as void, and we will notify you immediately if it is not currently available or an estimated timeline when the item will be available & ready to be shipped.

We are not liable for packages that are not delivered due to mislabeling (e.g., incorrect address provided, label destroyed, carrier mistake). Buyers are requested to make sure that they have put correct delivery address and contact details along with an alternate contact number, in case your number is not reachable or is not picked up. Any packages returned due to failed delivery, to us will be disposed of at our discretion. No replacement or refund will be provided for such packages.

Once the shipment is released to the carrier, we are not responsible for any delay in transit time. Transit times vary and are determined by the customer's chosen carrier.

 

BENZARA

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. All shipment shipped via Trucking company Freight / LTL, please provide your phone numbers.

Inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any damage or shortage not reported at the time of delivery is the customer's responsibility. Open all cartons immediately whenever possible.

If there is concealed damage, retain the carton and contact us.  If the product is damaged in transit, only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier.  Please email us at contact@viadining.com for further assistance.

 

ALATERRE / BOLTON FURNITURE

Orders normally leave our warehouse the same day (if received before 2pm EST) or the next day.

 

WHITELINE MODERN LIVING

Product ships between 24 to 48 business hours once order is confirmed & paid for.

 

FURNITURE OF AMERICA

  • Small Parcel: 24-48 hours
  • LTL: 5-7 business days

 

J&M FURNITURE

Damage during shipment / in-transit

If there is an instance of any damages once you received the merchandise, a claim has to be filed with the freight carrier.

If there are any defects, you will be required to send pictures and will be subjected for review and evaluation.

Curbside (Liftgate) - One-man delivery - Carrier will lower shipment to the ground

Threshold - First Dry Area (Garage/Covered Porch) *Not Inside Delivery

Room of Choice - 1-2 man Delivery (depending on weight) delivery to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases)

White Glove - Packaging Removal - 1-2 man Delivery (depending on weight) to a designated room of your choice (up to 2 staircases) + Package Removal

White Glove - Light Assembly - Delivery to a designed room of choice (up to 2 staircases) + Packaging Removal + Basic tool assembly up to 30 mins (Recommended for pre-assembled goods, not for ready-to-assemble products such as Cribs or Beds, etc. Assembly instructions may be requested upon booking.)
